The Program develops international technical cooperation, advisory services, consulting, studies, research, training, and publications in the field of inequalities, rights, and governance.

It encompasses the research lines of the FLACSO System and addresses demands for partnerships and national and international technical cooperation.

In this sense, it aims to contribute to the analysis and formulation of democratic public policies, particularly in the social field in Brazil and Latin America, with the creation and development of social responsibility and human rights projects, and with the qualification of public agents, public and private managers, leaders, and activists in the social field.
